We want to link SalesForce Desk to a Flow. Is that possible?

    Thanks for your reply. If Desk uses the Salesforce database then you should be able to use the SalesForce flow templates. If it's a seperate database it is not possible. You could put this in flow idea forum here https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas
