Large datasets warning in SharePoint

Hi,

I´m getting a large Dataset warning. But why, with the Filter Option I should receive max 5 items from the SharePoint list.

CountRows(Filter(SeatingRequests;Date = DatePicker1_1.SelectedDate And 'Room Number'=ThisItem.'Room Number'))

Can I ignore this warning or I´m going to have a problem in future when I exceed the limit?

Firstif you send me an email I will setup a teams session Jay@research-nest.com.

Second working with galleries and tables is a very delicate things form SharePoint.

Make sure your system is set to the max 2000 under file --> settings --> Advanced

Also I would chunk up the tables to make it easier for the system but may want to get on a call with me so I can help you understand.

Firstly,let me explain why you encouted this problem.
To make it easier to know what is and isn't being delegated, Power Apps provides warning (yellow triangle) when you create a formula that contains something that can't be delegated.(Delegation warnings)
In the formula you provided:
"CountRows" funciton is not delegable for SharePoint
"=" operater is not delegable for DateTime in SharePoint

Secondly,If the number of your records is less than 500, you can ignore delegation.
If the number of your records is less than 2000, you can refer to @JayMagness's solution .
