I have created the flows and sessions in PVA, but when I test the live session with a end user, my analytics report is not seeing the engagement, even each flow ends with 'end with a survey' or 'confirm success'. Please help?

Normally the analytics report updates in 6 hours, it's a default time of the conversation transcript and conversation report inside the PVA.
Can you confirm after 6 hours if it's working for you, please?
The engagement is working now. But my resolution KPI is still at zero.
