    Hi @NicoZ ,

Do you want to know how to update boolen and pictures to Excel?

    1)update boolen value

    insert a radio button

    set the radio button's Items:

    ["yes","no","na"]

    2)update picture:

set the colum name in Excel to: Photo of defect 1[image]  ,   Photo of defect 2[image]

(then the column can update image data)

    insert an add picture control

    Update formula:

    Patch(tablename,Defaults(tablename),
{number: GUID(), //this will result an unique value
    Serial number:textinput1.Text,
    Question 1: Radio1.Value,
    Remark 1:textinpur2.Text,
    Photo of defect 1[image]:AddMediaButton1.Media,
    Question 2: Radio2.Value,,
    Remark 2:textinpur3.Text,
    Photo of defect 2[image]:AddMediaButton2.Media})

Please note that you need to format your data as table in excel and I suggest you upload your excel to one drive, connect your app with one drive. Choosing "import form excel" is static data, you can not update data.

Here's a doc about how to update data in PowerApps for your reference:
