New task on planner

Hi to all,

 

I built a flow that creates a planner task every time i flag an email. The problem is when i reply to that email it creates another task. How do i stop this?

    Thank you for posting.

     

    According to your description and screenshot, your flow will create the secondary unnecessary task when reply the flagged email.

     

    I tried to reproduce your issue but failed. It works normally from my end. Could you please share me the result details of the flow status? Meanwhile, have you checked whether any other similar flow is still running.

     

    If possible, please try to create a new same flow for test purpose.

    Good morning,

     

    When i flag an email it will create a task as it would be expected. But then if i reply the same falgged email it will create another task, and i don´t want that.

     

    I just want to create the first time i do the flag.

     

    There is no other flow, just this one.

    Is there to config in another way? it always creates a second task when i reply to the email

    Thank you for further clarification.

     

    Since there is no problem from my end, I believe no server incident happening currently. But you are definitely encountering irregular behavior. I recommend you go to our support website to request a remote troubleshooting support.
