Hi,

I would like to concatenate values of column Requested Item with similar ticket number.

Ticket Number Requested Item
SR1000 iPhone
SR1001 PC
SR1000 iPad
SR1000 Macbook

The items will come from an excel file and listed on a table. Before Create item (SharePoint connector), I would like to concatenate/combine the values first.

Result should be like this:

Ticket Number Requested Item
SR1000 iPhone, iPad, Macbook
SR1001 PC

    pls try the following:

    1. Add a Trigger to Read Excel Data -  Use the Excel Online (Business) connector to read data from the Excel file. Trigger: When a file is created or modified.  Action: List rows present in a table. Specify the file and table range.

    2. Initialize a Variable - Type: Array. Name: GroupedItems. Value: Leave it empty.

    3. Loop Through the Rows -Add an Apply to Each loop to iterate through the rows returned from the Excel table.
Action 1: Filter Existing Ticket Numbers in GroupedItems Use the Filter Array action to check if the Ticket Number already exists in the GroupedItems array. From: GroupedItems. Condition: item()?['Ticket Number'] is equal to currentItem()?['Ticket Number'].
Action 2: Append or Update the Grouped Array  - Use a Condition: If True (Ticket Number exists): Action: Select action with inline array modification. Concatenate the Requested Item value to the existing items.

    Hi SaiRT14,

I'm a bit lost on the last part (Action 2 step 3). What specific parameter should I use for that condition? True is equal to Ticket number?
