Required Property true - Unable to save record

Hi,

I posted this issue recently and thought I had resolved it by rebuilding the app, but it has

returned to haunt me. As below I have a dropdown where the required property is set to

true and is populated however I am unable to save the record:

I am relatively new to power apps and climbing up the learning curve

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

    Hi,

    Appears I have been able to resolve, as first advised by Warren, I corrected the Update property

    I can now save a record
