When a flow is shared with another owner and it contains a "Send an email" action who will be listed in the "From" on the email when the person receives it.

Hi @feilda it will always be from the account which was used as the connection to Exchange. So if your account was used as the connection, it will be from you.

The email will show as sent from the account used for the Send an Email action - usually the original creator of the Flow.

Hi @feilda ,

Please consider replacing send an email action with Send an email from a shared mailbox action.

This will prevent mail from being sent by the same person.
