we have an IPad Air 1 on IOS 12.5.5.
and we met crash when Power apps start up.
For IOS updates it always shows it's the latest version.
I've known that the Air 1 might have limited hardware so we can't go up to IOS 13 or newer.
Is there any solution to the crash?

PowerApps supports IOS13 or later. if you device can not update to IOS13, maybe you could delete the PowerApps client from your device and then open the app in a browser(Some features will be limited: barcode scanner, savedata, loaddata ...).
