Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a list which contains region and regional leader(People picker) columns, I'm using this list values for another list application here I'm able to retrieve the Region as a dropdow and I can able to display the Regional Leader once selected the region dropdown. you can refer below screens with formula's ,Now the value of Regional Leader was not updating the people picker field to the current list Please help me out to resolve it. Thanks in advance
