I've been trying to create a flow that not only exports SharePoint list data to Excel but also applies specific color formatting to cells based on certain conditions (I'm trying to preserve the same colors in the SP list on this exported excel file). This flow would run when the user clicks the flow's button in the SharePoint list page. From my research so far, it seems Power Automate has significant limitations in this area:
* Basic Excel export works fine ✅
* Applying cell/column colors appears impossible ❌
* Saw some references to Power Automate Desktop, but unsure of its capabilities with SharePoint lists
Is it impossible to apply conditional formatting colors to table cells via Power Automate?
Are there any workarounds for applying cell/column colors during Excel export?
