Blank Email Body on Non-Update Days

I've created a flow that monitors a SharePoint list for updates and subsequently sends an email containing the updated rows. However, there's an issue where on days when the SharePoint list doesn't have any updates, the email still gets sent but with an empty body. How can I resolve this?

You could add a condition right before send an email.
If HTML table is null then terminate the flow, if not null then send an email

Hello,

Add a Condition, right after Get Items. The Filter would be
length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value']) is greater than 0

in the Yes side so all your code
in the No side, add a Terminate action and end the flow
