Display form based on gallery item selection

Hi Folks,

I have a requirement where in one screen we'll be having 3 items: 1 Gallery and 2 forms.

Gallery and first form are coming from one Datasource so I am able to see the data in form on the basis of Gallery item selection with Gallery1.Selected.

And there is another form which is separate but it has same TitleID value which is available in Gallery, a kind of primary key (in SQL language). Can we see the data in second form on the basis of Selected TitleID from Gallery.

Thanks!

    @rsinha - Yes, you can.

    In Item property of the Form use below formula.
    Lookup(<Datasource>,Title = Gallery1.selected.Title)

    Hi  @Bilakanti

    I have replicated the same, error is gone, but somehow, I don't see the data in form.

    Prod is the other DataSource, where T-Code is available, and same T-code is available in Title Gallery, but I don't see data in second form, as you can see, fields are empty.

    @rsinha

    Is the formula in the item property of the form?

    @rsinha you want the T-Code to be populated on the form?, then for T-Code control's default property should be

    LookUp(Prod,'T-Code' = 'Title Gallery'.Selected.'T-Code','T-Code')

    Yes, in Item property of form.

    Hi @Bilakanti
    Not just T-code, I want all the data in the form which is available in Prod list, on the basis of T-Code, as T-code is common in Prod and Title gallery item (again it's like I want to apply SQL join and T-code is primary key available in both tables)

    @rsinha

    Form datasource: Prod

    Form Item property: LookUp(Prod, TitleID='Title Gallery' .Selected.TitleID)
