We are newer users of SharePoint/OneDrive. We have a certain library where we would like email notifications generated when files are added. My understanding is that a Power Automate Flow is the best way to accomplish this. The template that I see relies on SendGrid, and I noticed that the terms and conditions state the following: "you will be sharing your data with SendGrid." Can someone tell me what this specifically means? I'm assuming that they can't see, view, or read files, but I imagine they have access to file names for notification purposes. If anyone can clarify this for me, I would appreciate it. My concern is that I don't want to create some type of security risk, as some of these files can be sensitive.
