Description for a Hyperlink field

In SharePoint, when a link field is added, it provides the option to provide a description. This description is displayed in the List as a clickable link.

Has Microsoft added this feature to PowerApps yet?
If not, is there any way to accomplish this i.e. create a clickable text that references a url stored in another field?

I am looking for a solution similar to the one that comes with the default SharePoint form. The default SharePoint form allows you to enter both the link and a description of the link. See the image I posted above.

Microsoft still haven't added simple solution to this issue, but as I was facing the same issue I have found this video:

Takes a bit of time, but it is working. However I am still not able to show hyperlink description in my form, what is driving me nuts, so if there's anyone who know how to do so - hit me up.
