Add custom filter on view

Hi,

 

How can i add custom filter on specific view? Like in case of Activities table, if you go to My Activities view, we see, Activity Type drop down.

How to add dropdown like Activity Type

    You can't apply the same on any other table except Activities but you can create System Views and Define the Filter criteria
