Rendering Bug

Hi all

 

I'm experiencing a new rendering problem, that started this morning. When opening my responsive apps only a quarter of the screen is rendered. Does anyone know a solution to this problem or is it a bug? I see the problem across all device, web and mobile.

 

See picture below of a test app I made.
