Birthday/Work Anniversary Flow

Hi,

I created a flow to receive an email the day before an employees birthday/anniversary. The flow is created off a SharePoint list where I have all of the dates listed (Birthday year is all the same - 2002 and work anniversary has the year) and then a column for the notification date as the day before. The flow has worked great 98% of the time, however, I noticed that twice now it has sent them on the wrong date. I realized that under the apply to each section of my flow I have the condition set to "contains". How can I set this up to just run the flow based on the month/day and ignore the year? Or is there a better way to do this?

@Bmontgomery Do not use contains rather use equal to operator. Make sure that your left and right side of condition has same date format.

Thank you for replying. Would this be right? I am only wanting it to look at month/day since the years would be irrelevant and I would like it to send yearly on the dates.
