Issues sending email notifications after connecting flows to survey123

I have 2 issues:

1) I created a flow connecting survey 123 (ESRI GIS tool) with microsoft flow in order to generate an email with all of the details of the form to be sent to the customer and my team. It worked for a few days but no longer send the email and I have no errors in my flow. How can I fix this?

2) I 2 outlook accounts. I created my flow on one email and need to switch it to another email. Every time I try to link my 2nd email to flow I get an error that states my organization does not allow flow access. My organization setup a license so I could access flow. How can I fix this?

    Hi @Anonymous

For your first issue check your connector. Remove the current connection and recreate the connection.

If you have license for the second email and can't able to access then please contact Microsoft support for this.

    Thanks

@Anonymous 1) Could you please check the flow run history if there is any failed action? Create another Survey 123 connector and referencing the new connector to the flow and save it would help.

                            2) You can go to the connector page and create another Outlook connector using another account.

Please mark my reply as a solution if you think it helps.

    Thank you.
