Build a flow to export all audits for entire table in a period of time

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to flows and don't fully understand them so bare with me.

I'd like to create a flow which will capture all of the column/field changes in my model driven app in the past month for a specific table. I need to see what fields have changed in an excel file or in a format that lists all of the changes such as a report within reports table in the model driven app.

If it could be automatically done each month that would be really handy but not necessary as long as i can press a button and a excel file is exported with all of the changes recorded.

I have managed to use XRMtoolbox which has a audit plugin which does this job but it would be better if i can create a flow which i can share with other users rather than getting each user to install and understand XRMtoolbox.

If anyone is able to show me how to create a flow for this, that would be super. I tried to use this answer but i get an error each time it runs and it seems to run every time a change is made rather than collating all of the changes in one go.
