@Tejashree_G, if automating Outlook is an option for you (rather than using the email Actions), you could follow the steps in this flow. (I'm assuming you do want the image in the body rather than as an attachment, because that would only involve the "Send email" action, which has the attachment option.)

I have Outlook set to send messages with HTML, so that's probably a requirement if you follow this flow.
If you have hundreds or even just dozens of messages to send this may not be a good fit for you.
