Can someone tell me why this If statement isn't finding any matches? I've tried double and single quotes and no quotes. Thanks

    In your If statement you are checking if the File3 list contaisn C when you should be referencing the CurrentItem since thats the currently looped item from the list.
     
    Change the If statement to check if CurrentItem contains 'C'
