Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

We have a Power Automate flow, which posts an item to a Teams channel when an article is published on the Teams Sharepoint site. We would like to make some changes to this flow. But we do not know who in the organization created the flow and thereby who owns it. So my question is how do we from an administrative point of view find the flow in our tenant without knowing the flow name, connectors, environment or any other details, other than the Teams site and channel, which it posts to?
