Power Automate Desktop flow did not start through Power Automate Cloud

Hello Members,

I created a flow on the Cloud that includes an action to run the Desktop flow. When I run the Desktop flow from the App, it works perfectly fine. However, when I connect it with the Cloud Flow, it works intermittently. Sometimes it runs indefinitely without stopping, and since no error is thrown, I'm unable to determine why it isn't starting properly.

Can someone please help here

Hi,

What is running mode "Attended" or "Unattended" for desktop flow?

It seems an issue with machine connectivity with cloud (direct connectivity). You may try restating the machine where PAD is expected to run. Post restarting machine, try triggering PAD from cloud.

Hi,

Kindly check and verify the machine connectivity, the host machine you're targetting.

Also, check whether any other flow is not running on the same machine while you're triggering the flow. This could end up your current flow will be in queue for next 4 hours and it will fail, till 4 hours it will not show you the status of success or fail.
