is power apps no longer included in 365 business

So for some reason my power apps is now saying i need to start a trial or have no plan, i was just setting up a simple question form app for my self that uses SharePoint lists so no connections that are premium, i dont how to see why this is happening,

we have Microsoft 365 Apps for business so as far as i was aware power apps basic was included or has this now changed

cannon seem to find support on Microsoft for this. Any ideas

Check your licensing. If you are using Microsoft 365 "Apps for Business" then your license is only for the Office Apps and OneDrive. It doesn't include licensing for SharePoint or Teams. That means it also doesn't include Power Apps or Power Automate "seeded" licenses. This comparison shows the various business licenses. Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft Although it doesn't specify Power Apps or Power Automate it does show whether SharePoint and Teams are included. That is where the Power Apps and Power Automate licensing is "seeded".

So we have a licence for sharepoint as we use this daily for our office data, i can use power apps but the moment i try and play an app its saying i need to start a trial or have no plan. It was working fine. in azure admin and dynamics admin, power apps is there and i have access to all settings.

I'm using M365 Apps for Business, primarily to subscribe to MS Access desktop version updates (I'm an Access developer). I noticed that Access isn't even mentioned in that link you provided, for some reason.

In any case, if I want to develop in PowerApps, according to what you wrote about SharePoint and Teams, then I could do Business Basic, which includes SP and Teams, but doesn't include desktop versions; or I could subscribe to Business Standard, which includes both SP and Team, as well as desktop versions of apps (including Access, though it's not mentioned). Is that correct? Thanks!

That is correct. Power Apps is a cloud based product so its not included in M365 Apps for Business, which is for the desktop. But it is in all the cloud products.
