PowerAutomate Approval Email Rendering Issues.

Are there any issues with the PowerAutomate Approval email action recently? We are getting emails with approval actions that are not rendered properly. Instead of approve and Reject button in the email we are getting links. Also, Markdown table is also not displaying properly.
