Hello everyone,

'Assigned To' button is displaying encrypted characters while creating a new ticket - How to get rid of that? Please let me know. Please find below a screenshot.

Also I am looking to attach file size of >10 MB in Power Apps ticket tool which I have built. Is it possible to add a video or add a link in the attachment?

For your Combobox, set the fields you want to display to be the ones you want.

For your attachments, set the MaxAttachmentSize to a higher amount. The default is 10mb. The max is 50.

In my screen, I see the message as shown below. I do not see single layout, primary text or search field. This brings value from Sharepoint list and in the sharepoint list, while adding a column I have selected type: people or group

Please select the actual control IN your Datacard, not from the form field chooser.

You will find a Combobox in the datacard and you will also find an attachment control in the other datacard. That is where those properties are.

The attachment part worked - Thank you so much !

The people picker part - I changed the below in sharepoint list and it worked.
