Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi All,

Hoping for some help if possible. Created a workflow to compile responses from form submissions. For the last month or so, everything seems to be running smoothly however today, we've had someone submit a form and the work flow failed. The output reads (removed name and replaced with xxxxx)

"message": "The specified user xxxxx could not be found.

There are no other users within the system with the same name or email so I'm rather confused. Any help would be great.
