Power automate :Response in collection showing value true instead actuall response

Hi All im trying to get dataverse table data into my collection through flow ,however my flow is running as expected but once response is sent to powerapps collection its showing column value  and its value as true 

just to set context write im using flow to bring data in collection because im expecting more than 2000 records .

    Are the formats of body payload of response action and return values consistent?
