Delegation and Filter problems

Hi guys, everything alright?

I created a Ticket system in Powerapps, but in my tickets, you can add the users that have been experiencing problems

In my database (SP list), a row is created for each user user that has been related in the ticket

So in my Ticket 001, i have 3 people, making 3 lines in my database with that number

The first problem: my next ticket is based on the last numeration + 1, but my DB is passing from 2k records, and now, every ticket comes with 2001 numeration, is there a way to pass to that limitation?

Second problem: when i display my tickets, i want to agroup they by Ticket Number, theres too situations

When a user is a ticket opener: i want to display the tickets opened by my user in the lasts 90 days

When a user is a manager: i want to display the tickets that are adressed to my mail in the lasts 90 days

To make this, i use a formula like:

In this moment, i could do that, but i see that with the 2k records pass, the tickets doesnt show to my user, is there a way to pass to that delegation problem, i believe that GroupBy is giving this situation, maybe if i Filter only 90 days recent before and after this, use the groupby i could solute, but in that way, i cant display the tickets in that gallery, any solutions?

    Hi @Igarsaba ,

Both ForAll() and GroupBy() are "hidden" Delegation limits, so what you are experiencing is expected. If you have a numeric field with Ticket number, maybe do multiple iterations based on a range in this - or as you suggest, Filter the dataset in the GroupBy to a Date Range.
