I have a list of eancodes that can be assigned to a product. The eancodes can be selected from a drop-down list, the product info can be added to it.

What I am struggling with : I want the eancode that has been used to be hidden from the drop-down list.

The dilemma is that the eancode with the product details must remain visible to the user, so deleting is not an option.

Until now I have created 2 lists in Sharepoint : it works but I am not pleased with it. PowerApps might offer better options to do it.

What is the best approach to do it ? Any help is appreciated.

Hi DeBuurman,

How are you displaying the selected eancode and the product info? In a form, gallery, or just a Label? Based on that you will need to modify the code.

Here's how you can achieve this, use the following code for your Dropdown:

Distinct( Filter( eanCodesList, eanCode <> selectedProduct.eanCode //modify this as per your setup ), eanCode )

This way the dropdown will show all the eancodes except the one selected for the product.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Nandit
