I have a form that different employees fill out. This form eventually comes to me but before it does, their manager has to be notified. No approvals- just an email notifying them.
we originally made the manager name field on the form a person/group where it would auto populate when they started pulling their name. However we find this does not always work- in a test nearly half the employees had problems getting it to populate. We have removed that & instead have a drop down of managers to choose from.
however there are 16 managers so I cannot create conditions to email them all.
what’s the best option here? We need them to submit the form and then it emails them & the manager they chose from the list.
