I used ListOwnedGroupsV3 to retrieve the groups to which the access user belongsM365 groups were successfully retrieved. However, the security group could not be retrieved
Is there a way to retrieve both M365 groups and security groups?PowerAutomate is not available for requirements.

The Office365Groups connector only gets Office365 Groups (Microsoft 365 Groups)
You could try using the AzureAD connector to get the list of groups:
AzureAD.GetMemberGroups(User().Email,true)

Thanks!Since I was able to get the security groups in ListGroups, I assumed I would be able to get them in ListOwnedGroupsV3 as well.I followed your advice and used GetMemberGroups and got it successfully.Thank you so much!
