Integrate, Forms, flows and Powerapps for Access Request

I have a requirement to integrate Forms, flow and Powerapps. Below are the more details

 

Forms will have the option to enter the fields. Once user submits the form, I need to send an email to a team email id, using the flow.

Using PowerApps, Anyone from team can either approve or deny the request. Based upon the approval/denial, I need to send an email to the user saying that the response is approved/rejected.

 

Could anyone please let me know the detailed process to be followed for the development as I am new to these technologies.

    Hi @kalyans81,

     

    Do you want to send an approval email to your team using Microsoft Flow?

    Further, do you want anyone of your team to be able to make a response to the approval request from a PowerApps app?

     

    Making a response to a approval request (approve or reject the request) is not supported in PowerApps currently, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
