I am making an application for the receptionist in my company. Every new visit requires the receptionist to submit a form. I want to implement a feature where: when a visitor walks in and gives their email address, I am going to do a check and see if it exists in the SharePoint, and if it does, then I am going display the details of their previous visits in a data table.

I want to do the above without having to submit the form or clicking on any specific button/element. Is it possible to trigger the event on simply clicking anywhere outside the field after entering the data?
