I have a get items which filters all status = pending but whenever this flow triggers it send to all filtered status email address
Example: User A has 3 rows with pending, so he's receiving 3 different emails while it should only be 1 to avoid flooding.
Is it possible to group this by email address which has status = pending so if a user has 3

There is no direct way of doing so but this how i think it can be achieved

1) Get all users from the share point and store it in an array variable

2) Apply to each on that array variable

3) Use Get items in apply to each now and filter the user by user in Array variable

4) In the second apply to each store the details of item in data variable

5) outside the second apply to each send an email with variable information.

This will send 1 email per user however you would need a lot of care to manage the items in data variable
