Select All option for combobox

In the application I am building, I have a combo box that I am using the selection from to filter the gallery. If I select every available option in the combo box it filters correctly. I wanted to add a "Select All" ability as the combo box list has 36 items to accomplish this I added a check box that has the code similar to below and then set my combo box DefaultSelectedItems to the variable I am using that I called SelectedItems. My issue is when I select the check box it correctly selects all the items in the combo box but it doesn't engage the filter on the gallery.

If(
 Checkbox1.Value,
 Set(
 SelectedItems,
 [
 "Item 1",
 "Item 2",
 "Item 3",

 ]
 ),
 Set(
 SelectedItems,
 []
 )
)

    hey @Incident-Manage

    can u try this:

    If(
     Checkbox1.Value,
     Set(
     SelectedItems,
     Filter(YourDataSource, true) // Replace YourDataSource with the actual data source name
     ),
     Set(
     SelectedItems,
     []
     )
    );

    // After setting the SelectedItems, refresh the gallery
    Refresh(YourGallery); // Replace YourGallery with the actual gallery control name

    Could you share your query for gallery?

    If the combobox items fill up correct based on checkbox, you should get correct SelectedItems.

    @Meekou below is the query for the gallery.

    Filter(
     'Application List',
     IsBlank(ComboBox1.Selected.Title)
     ||
     ComboBox1.Selected.Title in ThisRecord.'Hospital(s)'.Value
    )

    Hi @Incident-Manage ,

    I assume 'Hospital(s)' is a multi-value Choice column and you are selecting multiple values in the Combo Box. If so

    If(
     Len(ComboBox1.Selected.Title) = 0,
     'Application List',
     Ungroup(
     ForAll(
     ComboBox1.SelectedItems As _Items,
     Filter(
     'Application List',
     _Items.Title in 'Hospital(s)'.Value
     )
     ),
     Value
     )
    )
