Get Items Filter Query failing

Hi there

I'm relatively new to Power Automate.

I have built a flow in my organisation where the Get Items Filter Query searches against a member of staff's unique employee reference (5 digit number).

This searches against a SharePoint list column of Single line of Text to see if the record already exists.

I have recently discovered that a small number of our workforce use their name instead of a 5 digit number. When the Filter query is searching on their name it is failing, with an error of 'Column 'Useremployeereference' does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.'

There is probably a very simple answer for this, but can anyone help me out at all?

Thanks in advance

    Hi @MattC91,

Could you please check if the PayReference is the real inner name within your SharePoint list?

When the column name in the filter query is incorrect, it will report the error you met.

You should get the column system name to solve this issue, go to SharePoint Setting-> List setting->Column Name->Column Detail:

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft

Thanks for your input on this.

I have just about managed to rectify this issue late yesterday afternoon. It was a simple case of a lack of comma's around the Nickname dynamic content in the filter query!

Certainly a learning curve for me.

    Thanks
