So I am working in the milestones app published in microsoft teams and I want to send an email through the app. I want the email to be sent if the work item is due today. I also want to accomplish this using power automate so that the email is only sent once a day if the task is due today. I want the recipient of the email to be whoever the task is assigned to and I would like to have the task title and the project the task is located in as well. Any help is much appreciated.
I recommend that you use the pop-out functionality, after installing and pinning Power Apps in your Teams client.

Then you can install/edit the Milestones app you mentioned.
For any of the Dataverse for Teams apps, you can add a Flow directly from the studio.
This will open the Flow editor with the Teams environment selected. You can then create your Flow. It sounds like yours might be a wait condition based on a record being created, until a specific due date. You can configure the Flow to do this, and the other details you specified.
@GarethPrisk I have the flow started with it checking everyday at 8 am. I have no clue what to do after that.
Are there any tutorials on how to do this? I am a brand new user to Teams and I just started messing around with Milestones. I would like it automatically send an email the day before a task is due. I have looked Power App and I have no idea where to begin.

If you want to trigger it as part of the Power App itself, then use what I said above and link the Flow explicitly to the app. The only thing that really changes is how you trigger the Flow itself. Otherwise, once triggered/scheduled, you can do whatever you need.
