Microsoft Forms - Upload File

I'm testing a MS Form that has upload file enable. If I upload 4 files and submit, the files in the Collect Responses consist of 4 individual hyperlinks, one per upload document. Is there any workaround so if someone uploads 4 files, it's one link? Saves the operator having to open each link to download document?

    Try using a parallel branch to handle the attachments included in these questions separately. Here’s how you can do it:

     

    1. Add a “parallel branch” action to your flow.
    2. In the first branch, add an “apply to each” action to loop through the attachments included in the user’s response.
    3. In the “apply to each” action, add a “send an email” action to send an email to the user with a summary of their entries and the attachment.
    4. In the second branch, add a “send an email” action to send an email to the admin with a summary of the user’s entries and an additional option to set an appointment.

    By using a parallel branch, you can handle the attachments included in these questions separately without having to use “apply to each” for sending emails.

    Thank you and my apologies for delayed response. What I've also encountered is when I upload multiple documents, it creates multiple line items in the excel spreadsheet per document. Eg, If I upload 4 documents, then it creates 4 line items. I just want all the attachments to be in the one line item in excel per the submission. Is there a way around this?
