I cannot figure out how to upload a file to a Dataverse Entity table using the new Power Apps look. I have tried to select the field, or drag and drop an image, nothing works
My file is only 3 KB so its not too large.

I didn't find an easy way to achieve it.
You could create a model driven app and open a main form to upload your image.
