Hi
How to upgrade Jquery UI, Bootstrap, Loadash, Moment.js, react.js for powerapps portals. Installing the updates for portal doesn't upgrade these components. Any help is appreciated.

Do you need anything specific from new versions of jQuery or Moment.js for example?
You could simply reference a new version on the Tracking Code snippet and this should load the new library, but make sure they have backwards compatibility
Bootstrap
This is a much bigger one as we know either v4 or v5 are not compatible with v3. Microsoft is aware of the need of keeping this updated, but at the moment we don't know if or when this would be migrated. Unfortunately if you add a new version of bootstrap today, this would break your Portal layout.
