The following flow works when creating a new file in a SharePoint library, however the file extension is a .pdf in the original email but has no extension when created in the library.
How do I get the full attachment file to be created in the library?

If you are sure that the attachment extension is always .pdf then you can manually add the extension in the "File name" section of the "Create File" action.
This will help in creating the file as PDF
