Switches

I need to build a flow that starts with a "When a new response is submitted" trigger which reads from a Microsoft form.

The first question in the form is to choose the Company, and the possible answers are Company A; B; C etc.

After choosing the company the respondents must select the type of warning.

The goal of the flow is to create an email with dynamic content (from the answers to the type of warning) to be sent to several company contacts in Bcc (these contacts are already in an Excel table).

My question is how can I create this flow without having a switch for several companies and inside each case of the switch having another switch for the type of warning?

Because this creates a huge amount of switches and cases.

Are the people listed by Company in the Excel table, and do that same people for that company get contacted for every type of warning?

If so, you could filter the List Rows in a Table by the Company so that it would only pull in those contacts.

Then the single switch would be below the List Rows, and they would have the types of warnings and different emails.

Similarly, you could have a Single switch based on Warnings, and then in each Switch there is a List Rows step that will get the Company contacts by using the filter.
