Browse Gallery - Search not working

I have a PowerApp based on SharePoint list.  I am storing RMS_Contractor (choice field in list) and using it in the PowerApp.  

 

The  Browse Gallery Title1 is Text =  ThisItem.RMS_Contractor.Value

 

Search Items (BrowseGallery1.TextSearchBox1: 

SortByColumns(Filter([@RMS_Contractor_Safety_Incident_Report], StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text)), "Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))

I am sure this is not working because I am not storing the RMS_Contractor (type=Choice) in the Title (Type=text) field of the SharePoint list.

    Please replace the 'ThisItem.RMS_Contractor.Value' with 'ThisItem.Title'

    The solution provided does not work.  I get a screen with no values displayed when using 'Title' as suggested.
