Hi everyone,

First of all i new with Powerapps,

So i appreciate all kind of helps.

Im using an excel database to a new project

One of things that this project do is Include new data in a new sheet.

Actually my database got 3200 rows, so i tried to create a Edit Form with this settings:

ID - to filter a specific object

DESCRIPTION - to see what kind of object it is

NEW LOCATION - to set a new place to this object

ID its a simple textbox

DESCRIPTION its a DataCard Value

NEW LOCATION Datasheet as well

My problem is in DESCRIPTION because, maximum rows are permited is 500, and i need to filter 3200 rows with a ID number. Example:

If i set ID 1500, in DESCRIPTION could be a Chair for example, after that i put a new place to this chair and save into new tab on my excel database.

I tried to create a Collection, but doesn't work, DataCard just shows 500 rows.

You guys have any ideas to solve this?

From your description, I cannot tell what you are trying to do. However, that being said, Excel is not a good data source for your app. In PowerApps, many of the functions available to it are limited to at most 2000 records. (You can increase the default from 500 to 2000 but not to more than that. (File>Settings>General>Data row limit). There are other reasons why Excel is a terrible data source. Before you frustrate yourself by building your own app from scratch, I suggest that once you have your data source, you let PowerApps build an app for you based on it or start with one of the prebuild templates. Then study the commands and formulas built into it.
