Flow Sending Multiple Emails

Hello All

I have a simple flow which works beautifully except for one thing, its sending out multiple emails (one email per file) when I only want a single email with all files listed.

Below is my flow, everything works perfectly except the multiple emails. What am I missing and how can I get a single email? Any help and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

    Hello Lily

Thank you for your response, much appreciated. My apologies (my bad) I should have mentioned that it is not the attachments I am looking for. When a metadata field is changed in my Doc Library I am triggering for an HTML Table of those changed fields, refer below table I received in my email where 3 files metadata was changed. It worked great and the email contains the table of those 3 files. However the issue is that I am receiving separate emails for each file with the same table of all 3 files. In this example I received 3 emails of the exact same table. If 5 files metadata is changed then I receive 5 emails of the same table. Hope I have made sense 🙂

    Hi @Brigs

    Thank you for your posting.

According to your description, you want to receive a single email with all files listed.

I created a simple flow on my side and you can refer to as below screenshots.

After Flow runs, will receive an email as below:

Hope the content above may help you.

    Best Regards
