Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a flow that I have been using for about 2 years, and over the last few days, it is sending duplicate emails to the last approver in the process. The flow is to place a document in a SharePoint folder named Review to trigger the flow to go to the first approver. After the approver, it goes to the 2nd approver, then the third approver, after the third approval it moves the document from the Review folder to a Correspondence folder. Only the third approver is getting duplicate emails.
