Error While Connecting to Machine

I have an established machine connection from PAD as per the pic below:

When I go to said environment in cloud flows and try to use the Desktop Flow action, I can initially see the machine as a connection option but then quickly, after choosing it, I get an error connection message as per below::

Also, as per the Machines section Power Automate cloud, the machine is indeed connected:

And as can be seen in the action above, the machine's various desktop flows appear initially. When I try to enter my domain, username and password (PIN password), the connection cannot be re-established as per the pic below:

I've tried several times, checked that I'm using the correct credentials and nothing changes. While I get these connection errors, PAD states that the machine is indeed still connected to my environment (and the Machines section still state that the Machine is connected). Not sure if this is something that has to do with my computer password being a PIN type, but I have tried changing that on my setting and I haven't been able to (Windows 11).

What else could I try? Any help will be appreciated!! Thanks.

    Hello @Coffee123 ,

Try to remove existing Desktop connection under 'Connections' tab in cloud and recreate new one, will solve this issue.

    Hello @Coffee123 ,

To fix the issue, go to the Services on the machine, and restart the Power automate Service, as shown below

    Funshy_1-1672790100901.png

Navigate back to the Machine Sessings in the PAD

    Refresh the page

After refresh ensure the appropriate environment and machine name is seen.

    Also, on the Server where the RPA is installed see steps and screenshot below;

    1. Click windows

    2. Select the account icon

    3. On the change account settings you will see what the Domain and username is.

Then go to the Cloud flow and recreate the connection.

Let me know if this works.

I was having an issue with this, I was having two issues.

For username domain I was doing domain/username instead of the correct domain\username

And for password I was using my pin to unlock my computer rather than the correct password that unlocks my computer
