My Desktop Flows have disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've read other posts and haven't found a solution for me. I saved a text backup but that was over a month ago and is old at this point. I have multiple flows I was using daily that I thought were secured somewhere, but they are just competely gone. It shows no flows on my Power Automate tool, and there is only 1 environment.

Is there actually no solution to this?

I have nothing in this folder

C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop

If I can backup data from yesterday, where would the files be located?

Could you please check desktop flows tab in power automate cloud flow? Assuming you have a licensed version.

It was another issue, but fell into User Error.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but it solved my issue and is a little weird.  After updating and signing back in, my flows disappeared.  I went to the C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop and they were there, but would not appear in the app.  I logged out of the app and signed back in and still nothing.  So, I logged into flow.microsoft.com, and I don't have an active subscription to flow, so my desktop flows aren't synched, but I clicked launch app from the desktop flows tab.  That triggered a message on the PAD app prompting to switch accounts.  I accepted, and my flows were back.  This sounds like I just signed in with the wrong ID, but it was the same account.  I don't know why signing into the app directly vs. from the website makes a difference, but it did for me.  Also, a little further background.  I am on a hybrid O365 domain.  I am signed into my desktop with local active directory credentials, which also match with the O365 credentials.
